The three promotional videos are made through the protect "Wild species and their habitats of southern and eastern Mediterranean," whose head the organization Plantlife International and IUCN Med, which is financed by the MAVA Foundation. The project implemented by the NGO Green Home.
The project aims to inform citizens with vegetable wealth and importance of its preservation, but also provide opportunities to their interest and participation contribute to the protection of important plant areas. The implementation of the three-year project "The protection of wild species and their habitats southern and eastern Mediterranean" began in October 2014.
The project aims to strengthen the character of important plant habitats through numerous activities and actions on the ground, thus contributing to the preservation of plant biodiversity. Montenegro has identified a total of 27 habitats IPA (Important Plant Area - an important plant habitats), three of which are chosen to work on this project: Skadar Lake, Long Beach and Vrsuta.
