Creative team of CEZAM made this documentary film within project Local Coalitions for Community Development implemented by Agency for Local Democracy Nikšić (ALD) and Association of Agencies for Local Democracy (ALDA), and funded by European Union and Government of Montenegro - Commission for distribution of revenue from games of chance.
The main goal of this project was to contribute to strengthening of organizations of civic society and support in their role in developing communities by organizing workshops and networks for policy reforms. Project was implemented in Nikšić, Kotor, Rožaje, Bijelo Polje and Ulcinj. These municipalities were partners, along with NGO Mladiinfo - Nikšić and Learning Cities – Bari.
